Supporting the Meghalaya Health Systems Strengthening Project (MHSSP) through IPA-IPS
CDFI supported the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Meghalaya, by building and implementing IPA-IPS, a digital platform to streamline fund planning, approvals, and disbursement across public health facilities under the World Bank–funded MHSSP. Linked with IPA-MIS, the platform ensures data-backed action planning and transparent financial flows tied to performance outcomes.
